GTO Solo Activity

INDIVIDUAL OBSTACLES

Candidates must cross 10 distinct physical obstacles individually within 3 minutes. Each obstacle is worth points equal to its number (1 to 10).

Core Ground Rules

  • 01
3-Minute Time LimitYou are given exactly 180 seconds to complete as many obstacles as possible. A whistle marks the start and end of the activity.
  • 02
Scoring System (55 Points Max)Each obstacle is numbered 1 to 10. The score awarded for clearing an obstacle is equal to its number (e.g., clearing Obstacle 8 awards 8 points).
  • 03
Repeating ObstaclesIf you successfully complete all 10 obstacles before the 3 minutes expire, you are permitted to repeat obstacles for extra points.
  • 04
Foul & Redo SystemOnce you touch or start an obstacle, you must attempt to finish it. If you fail or make a foul (e.g., touching red bounds), you can retry, but you waste valuable time.

GTO Assessment Parameters

The GTO is not just looking at your score. The Individual Obstacle test maps directly to your core psychological and physical traits:

Planning & Speed of Decision:

How you organize your route sequence. Do you plan a cohesive circle to minimize running distance, or run back and forth aimlessly?

Courage & Determination:

Your reaction to higher obstacles (Tiger Leap, Commando Walk, Burma Bridge). Do you hesitate on high platforms, or make a decisive jump?

Physical Stamina & Liveliness:

Your activity level in the final minute. Do you preserve energy and run with grit, or slow down completely?
