1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SSB Interview ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. Description of Service

SSB Interview provides AI-powered preparation tools for SSB interviews, including but not limited to Psychological Tests (TAT, WAT, SRT, SDT), GTO tasks, Interview Practice, and Dossier Evaluations. All evaluations are generated by artificial intelligence and are for practice purposes only. They do not guarantee success in actual SSB selection procedures.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility. Notify us immediately at directorafadventure@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Credit System

Access to assessments requires credits purchased via the Platform. Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to modify credit pricing with prior notice.

5. SSB Test Understanding and Acknowledgement

By registering on and using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following fundamental understanding of the Services Selection Board (SSB) assessment:

a. Personality Assessment, Not Examination: The SSB is a test of personality assessment and is not based on the correctness or incorrectness of responses. There are no prescribed right or wrong answers — assessors evaluate your natural behavioural traits against the 15 Officer Like Qualities (OLQs).

b. Stable Personality: Your core personality has already stabilised before you appear for the SSB. No amount of training, response memorisation, or academy capsules can change fundamental personality units. Coaching and practice serve only to familiarise you with the test format and refine lifestyle presentation.

c. Role of Training: The Platform introduces you to the SSB test formats and provides practice environments. Training modules, mock tests, and AI evaluations are tools for familiarisation and self-awareness — they do not alter your underlying personality profile.

d. Key Determinants of Success: Success in SSB depends on what an individual will actually do in a situation — their response, their responsiveness, and their timelines. The most important qualities that increase an individual's Ability to Influence Groups (AIG) are initiative, self-confidence, and command over language, accent, and background experience.

e. Acceptance of Terms: You expressly agree to the terms and conditions set forth on the Platform and agree to abide by them in full. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes binding acceptance of these terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the AI evaluation system; (c) submit offensive, false, or plagiarised content; (d) interfere with the Platform's security or performance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including AI prompts, evaluation methodologies, brand assets, and platform design, are the intellectual property of SSB Interview. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all AI-generated evaluations are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, AI assessments may contain errors and should not be treated as definitive predictors of SSB performance. The Platform is a practice aid, not a substitute for professional training or official SSB procedures.

9. Limitation of Liability

SSB Interview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, preparation time, or failure in actual selection boards.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be notified via the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication data (via Google OAuth or email/password).

Profile Data (PIQ): Your resume, achievements, aspirations, and values that you voluntarily provide to personalise your practice.

Test Submissions: All stories, word associations, situation reactions, self-descriptions, GPE plans, lecturette topics, and interview chat messages you submit for AI evaluation.

Usage Data: Test attempt history, credits balance, payment transactions, and platform interaction logs.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: (a) generate AI-powered evaluations and feedback on your submissions; (b) personalise the AI Interviewing Officer's questions based on your profile; (c) generate comprehensive Dossier Reports that cross-reference your profile with test performance; (d) manage your account, credits, and payments; (e) improve the AI models and platform experience; (f) communicate important updates and newsletters (with your consent).

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on PostgreSQL databases hosted on Neon (AWS) and encrypted in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures. However, no electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with: (a) Google OAuth — for authentication purposes only; (b) Razorpay — for payment processing (we do not store full payment card details); (c) Google AI (Gemini) — test submissions and profile data are sent to Gemini for AI evaluation; (d) Legal authorities — if required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your profile data and test submissions are permanently deleted within 30 days. Payment records may be retained longer for legal and tax compliance.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, email directorafadventure@gmail.com.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used for advertising purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

1. Credit Purchases

All credit purchases are final at the time of transaction. Once credits are added to your account, they are considered delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Unused Credits: If you have purchased credits but have not used any assessment (zero test attempts), you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Technical Fault: If a genuine technical error on our end resulted in a failed payment or incorrect credit deduction, a full refund will be issued.
• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same package due to a gateway error, the duplicate amount will be refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for: (a) credits partially or fully used for assessments; (b) dissatisfaction with AI evaluation quality (AI assessments are clearly marked as practice tools); (c) change of mind after credits have been utilised.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email directorafadventure@gmail.com with your registered email address, transaction details, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3 business days.

1. Digital Service — No Physical Goods

SSB Interview is a purely digital platform. We do not ship any physical goods, books, or materials. All services — including AI evaluations, practice tests, interview simulations, and dossier reports — are delivered electronically through the Platform.

2. Delivery of Services

Credits: Purchased credits are credited to your account instantly upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay.

AI Evaluations: Test evaluations (TAT, WAT, SRT, SDT, GPE, Lecturette) are generated within 30–60 seconds of submission. Dossier Reports and Pen Picture evaluations may take up to 2–3 minutes due to comprehensive cross-referencing.

Interview Practice: Responses from the AI Interviewing Officer are generated in real-time during the chat session.

3. Access

All services are accessible via web browser at www.ssbinterview.in. A stable internet connection is required. Once credits are added, there is no expiry date unless specified otherwise at the time of purchase.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime. However, scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary interruptions. We will endeavour to notify users in advance of planned downtime.

5. Technical Requirements

The Platform is optimised for modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). Users are responsible for their own internet connectivity and device compatibility.
